Barney Butter
I have learned that Barney Butter is as versatile (and delicious!) as it gets. It is tasty on waffles, oatmeal, bagels, toast, crackers, sandwiches, cereal...mmm mmm. And toppings? Applesauce, fresh fruit, jelly/jam/preserves - this stuff goes well with everything!
Not only is the flavor great, but the color is nice too. A perfectly pretty tan :] The only bad thing is that too much of it can stick in the stomach, or on the roof of the mouth. But some hardcore nut butter lovers may adore that. Also, it can get kind of messy. I usually go light on the PB & such, but I couldn't resist piling on the Barney Butter. It spreads very easily, at room temperature or out of the fridge. (Trust me, I tried both ways.)
Thanks, Barney Butter, for the great samples! I will definitely be buying a big jar of this almond butter sometime in the future.

MMM! Barney Butter is my favorite! I love the single serving packets and take them with me to work all the time!
They are also cute little stocking stuffers or additions to gifts, for foodies especially!
oh my gosh - i've never tried barney butter and have been hesitant to, as i've tried marantha almond butter and wasn't too impressed.
i wonder how they differ in taste!

aww katie thanks for being so sweet and commenting on my pom sorbet. i actually made the "sorbet" through an error in cooking, hence the odd shape. but the taste was still fantastic and strong so my parents approved! :)
can't wait to see your new entries!
Hi katie!
I'm just replying to your comment on my page! (Thanks for visiting by the way! :D)
I actually forget what basic template I used because I switched the whole thing up after with CSS/HTML. But a great way for you to learn how to customize your blog is to get reference CSS/HTML from other blogs! That's how I started off mine. I found a blog format that I liked so I copied their CSS/HTML ("View Page Source" when you right click) and then I customized it the way I wanted to.
And the banner image I just created with Photoshop. :) Photoshop is the best for this kind of stuff.
I hope that helped! Your blog is so very lovely too!! Love the photos! :D
Thanks again, and happy blogging!!
I don't buy almond butter because it's expensive and I'm a cheap Asian. heh. but I make my own! have you ever tried making your own nut butters? it's great because you can adjust it to your own liking, and can add different flavorings that you like!
